As a Factory Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company production facility. Your primary objective will be to prevent equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime by implementing effective maintenance strategies. You will collaborate closely with the production team and other maintenance personnel to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.

Job Description:
• Conduct routine inspections of factory equipment, identify maintenance needs, and develop maintenance plans accordingly.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks.
