• Ordering and delivering the tooling to PD Sample for producing the orders at sample stage
• Ordering and delivering the tooling to Production, sub-contractor (OVN2, OVN3 and OVN5) for producing the orders at production stage.
• Control and make sure all insole process and tooling are on-time and accurate for production.
• Drawing file checking and advise mold structure/ new process to developer.
• Manage tooling and transfer tooling to production on time.
• Manage tooling document and drawing file (2D, 3D and related files).
• Doing the weekly/monthly payments for all the tooling.
• Lead, training and set up KPI for staffs to increase their knowledge and working efficiency. More Detail
