Job SummaryThis position is responsible for control and support for all launching control job, manage human resource in department and the other special job.Job Description- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality to achieve schedule of development stage for new model launching.- Able to understand Bill of Material, Allocate special part structure list of new model launching for development stage.- arrange of in-house production plan for special requirement and set-up meeting with cross-functional teams.- To be leader for regular meeting with internal and external.- Participate kick-off part preparation meeting to acknowledge of lead time part preparation and part ordering route.- Follow-up and adjusting for part delivery / packing / shipment schedule to align with DxD schedule for development stage.- Coordinate and manage for trouble information issue, follow-up replacement part and investigation report.- Able to summarize overall status such as progress...
