PURPOSE:

The Planner/Scheduler position is responsible for providing assistance with the development and maintenance of all project plans, schedules, manpower requirements and physical progress measurement

DESIRED RESULTS:

Timely, accurateand well-maintained scheduling and planning items.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Project Management, Construction Manager, clients and subcontractors to prepare work breakdown structures, all levels of EPC schedules, manpower plans, resource requirements and progress reporting.

When necessary, provide analysis, recommendations (includingcorrective action and project execution alternatives) and effective forecasting related to plans, schedules, resourcerequirements, man- hour expenditures and physical progress.

Assist in guidance of all company planning & scheduling personnel associated with the project when appropriate.

Attend and participate in project meetings.
