The successful candidate must own a motorcycle for efficient intra-region mobility and a mobile phone for seamless communication. This roleis pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations within the city and fostering strong relationships with our driver partners.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations in the city, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing their concerns and queries
promptly and professionally.
3. Engage with drivers on a regular basis to foster a positive working relationship and to
ensure their needs and expectations are met.
4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve any operational issues or challenges
that may arise.
5. Conduct regular tambayan visits to monitor city operations and meet with drivers.
6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
