• To develop and implement the trade marketing strategy for Diplomat SA.

• To oversee and manage all trade marketing activities per distribution channel/customer in line with the trade marketing strategy

• To act as the primary point of contact between the vendors and Diplomat for trade marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the trade marketing strategy and plan including promotions and launches.

• Ensure achievement of brand volume, market share, and sales targets (DPSM/SBD).

• Develop action plans, conceptual selling ideas, and promotions per customer/channel.

• Conduct analysis of the sales SAP data per customer, per SKU, and per brand to monitor the progress on trade marketing strategy and modify the plan if required.

• Support and guide the demand planning team to develop brand forecasts/targets to ensure the accuracy of forecasts.
