• HR Tertiary qualification
• Not less than 5 years' experience in HR and IR
• Strong managerial experience
• Has experience from Engineering Consultancy or Chemical and Process Engineering would be a distinct advantage

Responsibilities
• Develops Policies and Procedures and actively promotes continuous Improvement in HR and IR management strategy and procedures.
• Gives direction, and sets priorities and follows up to ensure the completion of assigned work and that the best practises are followed.
• Recruitment and Talent Management for the group.
• Ensures the implementation and monitoring of Policies and procedures.
• Monitors the company's HR, Labour and IR procedures and processes, to ensure that they comply with all labour and statutory laws or regulations
• Manage, Investigate, and report on IR and related incidents, recommending any changes that may be necessary, to ensure that the company complies with all Labour and or Statutory laws.
