Job Summary

Would you like to join us for a six-month curricular internship?

Within the Additional Material Department of Tetra Pak Closures based in Alcala de Guadaira (Sevilla), we are looking for a WCM & E&T intern who can support the WCM coordinate in applying the continuous improvement methodology, implementing the introduction of Global Digital tool and achieving the factory KPI'S.
What you will do

Member of Quality & WCM department and Education & Training pillars where the main responsibilities are:
• Be active part of continuous improvement of factory performances: Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Environment
• Participate to quarterly WCM audit
• Support WCM pillars with the implementation of Global Digital Tools (POKA, myjobcard, QDA…)
• Give active contribute as member of Education and Training Pillar.
• Ensure the OTIF of improvement teams
• Coach and support teams driving for the correct WCM methodology implementation
