- Oversee the operation process of the packing team..
- Responsible for the planning and coordination of the daily team work to ensure timely service.
- Cross check BOM calculation, ensuring the accuracy of the data input on system.
- Review package design for the newly developed product (including material selection, safety test and cost control).
- Active in solving packaging related problems before mass production.
- Source and evaluate suppliers according to Customer standards and Company strategies.
- Accompany with suppliers for the best packaging solutions.
- Make weekly report and data analyis upon request.
