Restaurant itself is a 25/30-seater. Hotel has 11 Bedrooms. Live in available. Duties will include afternoon checkins, bar & dinner service (so excellent wine/cocktail knowledge an added advantage), stock control, emergency maintenance, overseeing the property & guests and general assistance to the owners.
