Are you a skilled Blockman looking for flexible work opportunities? Our client is in need of a temporary Blockman who can step in as and when required. We're looking for individuals with either significant experience or a relevant NQF qualification in butchery. Requirements:
• Proven experience in meat cutting and preparation, or a recognized NQF qualification in butchery.
• Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their optimal uses.
• Ability to operate butchery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in cuts.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to changing schedules.

Duties may include:
• Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products according to specifications.
