Boutique Hotel in Franschhoek is looking for a Barman. We are seeking a professional, experienced, and motivated individual. The candidate will need solid experience in a high-end establishment in serving both traditional and bespoke cocktails as well as knowledge on spirits, wines and wine pairing and make suggestions to guests on our various offerings.

Excellent guest liaison and building rapport with repeat guests is crucial to this role.

Other duties include but are not limited to:
• A sharp eye for presentation
• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
• Process payments for customers
• Record and balance cash receipts on Micros
• Responsible for daily/weekly stock counts
• Keep an impeccably neat and hygienic bar area at all times
• Polishing of bar shelves and glasses
• Working well with and standing in for service staff to ensure efficient service delivery and positive environment

Requirements:
