Requirements:
• Pastel
• Excellent people skills
• Matric
Duties to include but not limited to:
• Invoicing on Pastel for customers and suppliers
• Stock control on Pastel
• Monthly stock take figures on Excel
• Updating income and occupancy spreadsheet weekly
• Filing/sorting of paperwork
• Guest liaisons/hosting
• Updating asset register
• Handling insurance
• General admin duties
• PA duties for the general manager
• Assisting with reservations when needed
The package includes:
• Accommodation on the property (may be shared with others but have separate bedroom)

• A meal when working afternoon/evening shift
