United Exports is currently searching for an experienced Production Clerk to join their pack house team to assist with the increase in volume over the 2021 Season. This role will be based at the Saratoga Packhouse for the duration of the season.

• Stock Control
• Batch Control
• Pallet intakes and consignments
• New pallet intakes
• Edited pallet intakes
• Removing and adding layers on pallet intakes
• New and edited consignments
• Adding or removing pallets from existing consignments.
• Generating local intake and consignment documents.

Requirements
• Knowledge of fruit quality standards and customer specifications.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and policies.
