Requirements:
Filipino who can speak Korean (Basic to Conversational)
Filipino who can speak English
Open to high school graduate and undergraduate
Can start as soon as possible
No age limit and no gender preferences

Responsibilities:
Assist Korean customers who wants to cancel their insurance
Explain to Korean patients how to claim the amount of money
Answer emails and calls from insured Korean Speaker about their policy
Benefits of family member for the insurance
Assist Korean patient with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
