Kilometers from Eldoret town, Kenya. It is supervised and managed jointly by the West and East Kenya Union Conferences of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and serves primarily the country of Kenya and other countries in East and Central Africa such as DR Congo, Burundi, Rwanda, Uganda, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Tanzania, South Sudan and beyond.

The University has a current student population of about 4,500, enrolled in the following programs: Theology/Religion, Education.

Business Administration, Health Sciences, Humanities, Sciences and Technology. The University has both local and international faculty and students drawn from more than 20 countries around the world.
