【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】

This position is to provide scientific expertise in the areas of non-clinical pharmacology to IO project teams, and generate non-clinical pharmacology data necessary to advance the project.

【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

• Appropriate planning/scheduling and execution of non-clinical pharmacological studies including animal works necessary to promote IO projects, including identification/selection of development candidates, MOA confirmation and human dose estimation.
• Lead the identification/selection of high quality candidates by working closely with relevant stakeholders (product generation, pharmacokinetics, safety, CMC, etc.) and other internal/external collaborators/stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of IND submission materials, supported by ARO (regulatory experts).
• Prepare patent specifications for parts related to non-clinical pharmacological data for the patent filing of candidates.
