Obliged to establish and build productive relationships and effective synergy with the bank partner

Bank partner is obliged to assist parties, in increasing the number of Customer Base via Natural Market

Achieve FYP/month and ANP from the targets given

To ensure conditions in a state conductive and responsible about anything that happens in the team

Control and monitoring team

Control and monitoring report of the Bancassurance Consultant (subordinates), support to RBM (Regional Branch Manager) and the Board of Directors (BoD)

If there is anything else that is not listed above, it remains the responsibility of the ABM who must run and well execute
At least 3 years of working experience as a LEADER in Life Insurance

Preferably Manager specializing in Life Insurance, Financial Industry or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
