Our house is a unique 6 bedroomed property with all mod cons in 2.5 acres in the heart of Derbyshire's Peak District just a stones throw from Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Bakewell and much more, a walkers paradise, yet only 15 minutes to both Sheffield and Chesterfield. We run the house as a B&B but there will be no guests during your stay. We also have a self catering cottage next door which will be managed by one of our employees, who will need access to the house for laundry etc on change over days of which there will be 3, and a gardener will call about twice while we are away. We have 2 lovely cocker spaniels (2.5 and 7 yrs), who are generally well behaved although both rescues so have their moments. They are used to 40mins to 1hrs walk per day - they are good on the lead although we let them off on the moors.
