We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Coordinator or Care Supervisor to support the management team in the day-to-day operations of a high-quality care service in the Berkshire/Surrey areas who provide dementia care,domestic/personal care and live in care.
• Excellent salary of £28,000 - £29,000 yearly DOE

The Role:
• Work closely with the Registered Manager and other senior care staff to coordinate the development of the service
• Rota Management and helping with recruitment and retention of staff
• Supervisions in the field, spot checks, assessments etc
• Reviewing care plans, dealing with any safeguardings and ensuring staff trainings are up to date
