Resource Base Teacher for primary aged pupils with autism.

This is a full-time role for a Resource Base (ASC) Teacher at Aston Tower Multi-Academy Trust located in Birmingham. The Resource Base Teacher will be responsible for providing specialised teaching and support to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). You will develop and implement individualised education plans, collaborate with our Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher/Sencoand create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or similar special educational needs
• Knowledge of evidence-based teaching strategies and interventions for students with ASC
• Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students
