My client, a medical device multinational company, is looking for a Purchasing Specialist.

As a Purchasing Specialist you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:
• Supporting of global procurement tasks
• Compliance with contractual processing of contracts
• Support in handling complaints
• Support on Supplier Relationship Management
• Payment transactions/invoice processing
• Overall administrative support for the Category Marketing on a Global perspective
• Tendering admin tasks and supplier contact
• Internal stakeholder administration tasks
• Contract management admin support
• Different documentation administration from and to the suppliers

Languages:

French - Advanced level
