Job Purpose:

The NEMAG Medical Excellence Lead holds a meaningful role in owning the strategic planning and execution of Medical Activities across NEMAG countries. This position encompasses driving cross-functional teamwork and ensuring flawless execution of medical initiatives for a portfolio across various therapeutic areas & plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and implementing strategies to ensure successful product launches. This position will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of launch plans, driving cross-functional teamwork to achieve medical excellence in product introductions.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Medical Excellence:
• Develop and implement onboarding plans for new joiners.
• Ensure Implementation of regular mentor of MSLs; coordinate regular KPI generation, communicate to MSL managers and TA Heads accurate delivery of messages in line with global plans.
