Duties and Scope
• Monitoring and update relevant regulations
• Documentation and verification of product specification
• Review of new suppliers and new materials according to Thailand regulations
• Management of food safety systems, HALAL and other certifications
• Response to external audits
• Handling supplier audits
• Handling customer complaints

Job Responsibilities
• The QA Manager will be responsible for collecting information, accumulating knowledge of laws and regulations and their application, and making practical judgments.

Required Competencies
• Comprehension of our products and raw materials such as additives
• Patience and communication skills to bridge the gap between laws and regulations and practice, and to derive appropriate decisions
