To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an IT Support Technician II to join our fast-paced and energetic organization working out of any of our locations. Our IT Support Technicians are generalists who provide support to a wide variety of technology services used in our business. Each technician needs to demonstrate an engaged and committed approach to customer service, be technically competent, have strong information seeking and problem-solving skills, be able to communicate clearly in written and verbal forms.

Responsibilities

This individual’s responsibilities would include:
• Providing 1st line technical support and problem resolution for business systems, applications, hardware, networks and other IT services
• Working with IT vendors and service providers
