Tasks

. Coordinating and planning the production

. Fulfilling orders

. Improving workflow, efficiency and margin

. Setting up and tracking KPIs

. Leading the team

. Hiring and training new colleagues

. Keeping up to date with paperwork requirements

. Keeping the premises and machines working

. Sourcing supplies and ingredients

. Maintaining relationships with B2B clients

. Handling complaints and technical issues

. Controlling and improving product quality

. Reporting to founders

Profile

. Previous experience in a similar position, project management or office management

. Strong organization and project management skills

. Able to lead and motivate a team

. Affinity with machines and factory environment

. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases

. Reliable and autonomous
