A 5 Star Game Reserve in Bela Bela is looking for a new receptionist ! Must have previous experience in a Game Lodge enviroment. Must have previous exeperience in reception and customer relations. Please note that this is a single live in position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reception:
• Welcoming, checking in and confirmation of guest payment methods, dietary requirements and guest needs
• Answer and direct incoming calls where necessary, provide callers with accurate information when asked, make and confirm reservations from call ins.
• Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts.
• Provide guests accurate information about local attractions and services.
• Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests.
• Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management.
