Prepare, verify and execute timely and accurate payment runs.
Check receipts voucher for local customers.
Generate statement of account (SOA) for customers.
Prepare and post AP entries.
Prepare and post month-end journals.
Prepare monthly management reports.
Prepare and check output and input VAT and TAX report. Submit reports to Revenue Department.
Check withholding tax and prepare withholding tax report of customers. Submit reports to Revenue Department.
Responsible for preparation of bank reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation.
Update fixed asset listing and tracking of fixed assets.
Assist the manager for month-end / year-end closing, and other tasks assigned. More Detail
