1. Supervise and develop the team for the highest performance and ensure overall production activities run smoothly with full capacity 2. Managing production operations/safety, quality, and people management. 3. Oversee production schedules and ensure the manufacturing process is completed as plan. 4. To control the subordinate to comply with the company regulations and policy. 5. To responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and executing daily tasks in line with the production schedule. 7.
