Production Manager (Thermoforming)

The Production Manager for Nefab Bac Ninh thermoform tray factory will be overall in charge of the manufacturing operations which includes of production, raw material and finished goods warehouse and inventory, people management of relevant areas and KPI management of management. In addition, this position will take full accountability of ensuring all facilities are maintained and safety procedures and policies are enforced, to ensure zero accidents and/or injuries and to follow corporate Code of Conduct policy. This position will report to Operations Manager of Nefab Vietnam.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Activities
- Provide overall direction of the raw materials/storage, production operation and people management,
and planning activities.
- Set up and implementation of standard operating procedures
