Job Description / Responsibility
• Supervise, and Coordinates activities of worker engaged in finishing fabrics.
• Schedule fabrics finishing according to knitting parameters, color, type of fabrics, and other specifications to maintain efficient operation.
• Ensure productivity by making a proper plan according to the shipment schedule.
• Select standard formulas that meet customer specifications.
• Work on Shrinkage, GSM, Dia, Twisting, Skewness, Bowing, etc. of the finished fabrics.
• Minimization of fabric process loss by sorting out various kinds of fabric faults and finding sustainable solutions.
• Prepare Finishing Report, Daily Floor Status Report, Shrinkage Report, Machine Idle time Report, and Monthly production Analysis Report.
• Optimize man, machine, and material with proper planning.
• Trains workers in set up, repair, and operation of ranges, machines, and equipment.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
