To establish and manage a world class CHG Hospital. This role is accountable for the implementation, management and monitoring of Hospital Operations for the Group, ensuring quality patient care and management. The incumbent manages a team of specialists and the scope of this role spans across the Hospital and interfaces with Head Office.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Healthcare).
• Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.
• 5-7 years within Hospital Management experience.
• 3 years’ people management experience.

Minimum Job Requirements:
• Lead strategic direction setting and planning for the Hospital area in alignment to the CHG’s vision and mission.
• Develop the Hospital’s standards based on global and local best practices to achieve operational excellence and quality care.
