I'm looking for a Construction and Design Manager salary up to 40K THB at Korat

Role Description
• Establish policies, plan construction, and design activities, and develop systems.
• Develop various work systems in collaboration with the marketing and sales departments.
• Review construction designs (pre- and during construction phases).
• Review and report on the progress of construction work by contractors.
• Control construction work to meet specified standards.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress for weekly meetings.
• Conduct Feasibility Studies to assess project viability and report to management.
• Research, develop, and present innovative and advanced technologies.
• Present plans, analyses, and achievements to management.
• Manage other assigned tasks.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering (Civil Engineering)
• Experience in departmental development, and management-related work, with at least 3-5 years in supervisory roles.
