Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Qualifications

Minimum 10 years’ post graduate site working experience

Knowledge in CAD software and superimpose all M&E service drawing will be an advantage.

Technical Competencies
• Understands contract requirement and M&E specification
• Understand BIM concept and be able to supervise BIM Operator/ Technician’s daily job scope

Responsibilities:
• Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.
• Liaise with design consultants on the design intent.
• Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
• Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission.
• Chair M&E coordination meeting.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
