1. Maintain daily up to date records for management evaluation and information purposes by collecting or logging data for information into special designated log sheets.

2. Performs routine maintenance on boiler equipment and system.

3. Control and monitor boiler operation to make sure all parameters are within safe limits.

4. Monitor boiler system to ensure it operating safely and properly; facilitates periodic boiler cleaning.

5. Conduct/carry out trouble shooting operation/activity on designated problem machines and rectify such problems.

6. Provide assistance to the maintenance crew in other support activities.

7. Accompany relevant authorities during official inspection of equipment.

8. Carry out routine chemical analysis of water and level of fuel supply.

9. Ensure that the water storage tanks are sufficient and safe for the boiler to operate.

10. Familiar with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.
