- Computer literacy (all Microsoft Office software, especially EXCEL within spread sheet, and Drawing software familiarity is a bonus)

Job Description:

- Communicating with domestic and international clients regarding furniture orders for resort projects (wooden, woven, upholstered, etc furniture) from the process of bidding/award of contract through production of actual furniture and on to delivery and after service care.
- Overseeing the costing and drawing process with a team of draftsmen, using microsoft excel to make quotes and eventual PI’s as well as orders to production
- Liaising with logistics team to coordinate shipping
- Liaising with the accounts and admin team to coordinate invoicing/billing
