• Graduate
of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) or any financial management
related courses.
• With
at least five years’ experience in all areas of Accounting, preferably in
the Real Estate Industry.
• With
at least five years’ experience as Senior Accountant or Accounting
Supervisor.
• With
experience in collection and payable functions, preparation of BIR related
reports and other government mandatory reports.
• With
experience in general accounting functions and in preparation of
management reports.
• Has
the ability to communicate accounting information in the form of reports.
• Demonstrates
a sense of trust and honesty in doing the job.
• Ability
to manage tasks and accomplish them at a given time.
• Able
to operate and familiar with any accounting software and MS office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability
to identify, analyze, and address simple problems encountered and can come
up with appropriate solutions.
