Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager

As the NOC Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Network Operations Center (NOC). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our network infrastructure and the timely resolution of incidents and problems. You will be responsible for managing a team of NOC Engineers and working closely with other IT teams to maintain high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring alerts, incident management, problem management, change management, events and alert management, and at least three years of experience in managing NOC Engineers.
