Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience as a Facilities Manager or Chief Engineer.

Preferred qualifications:
• 10 years of experience as a Facilities Manager, Operations Manager, or Chief Engineer, leading technical teams.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance of electrical distribution systems in a construction/technical environment, or a related field.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently.
