They have more than 50 years of experience in breakdown assistance on our Belgian roads and are also active in travel assistance abroad, medical assistance in Belgium. Description de la fonction As a Sales Support Associate B2C for the Care Team :
• Will respond quickly and efficiently to incoming requests (data updates, payments, refunds, questions, requests for information, etc.) regardless of the channel the customer uses ;
• Will proactively contact customers to build long-term relationships (satisfaction surveys, quality control, etc.) ;
• Will you handle incoming complaints through various sources, regardless of the channel ;
• Will manage up- and cross-selling activities to offer new services or services that better meet customer needs ;
• Where necessary provide support and backup to the "Save" or "Inside sales" teams;
• Be backup to the reception team.
