Kriteria Calon
- Knowledgeable in Auto-Count or SQL Accounting Software. - At least 1 - 2 years of related experience will be an advantage - Able to handle full set of account - Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision - Self-motivated Tugas dan Tanggungjawab
- To handle and prepare FULL SET OF ACCOUNTS and CASH FLOW management - Handle day to day operations of accounting RECORD & FILLING. - Prepare monthly journal and BANK RECONCILIATIONS, DAILY COLLECTION. - To handle ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES and ACCOUNT PAYABLES and GENERAL LEDGER. - Calculate and PREPARE MONTHLY SALARY, payroll, EPF, Socso and HR related matters. (SQL Payroll) - Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts - To assist in YEARLY FINANCIAL AUDIT and liaise with auditors. - LIAISE WITH COMPANY SECRETARY, tax agents, banks or external organization. - General office ADMINISTRATION WORKS.
