Assist manager in Managing the daily operations of our retail outlets (opening and closing).
- Assist and support management to execute and manage on daily department job.
- To develop and execute strategy to achieve sales target.
- To assist lead and motivate branch staff to ensure high level of motivation, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the highest standard of store image and the optimum levels of merchandise.
- To ensure that all the required documents are recorded, filed and submitted accordingly as per required by HQ through simple documentation procedures for example sales report, expenses and supplier receipt.
- Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
- Willing to travel or transfer (temporarily) to another branch if necessary.
