In this role you will be responsible for:

Facilitate the efficient delivery of products and services by external vendors

Monitor the progress of services rendered by vendors

Compile and reveal all statistical data relating to outstanding SAP transactions and stock levels

Ensure the constant updating of orders delivery details on SAP

Administer all new vendor applications in Coupa system

Report and analyse weekly on outstanding purchase orders

About you:

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification

At least 1 years’ experience in a stores / procurement environment

Thorough understanding of procurement and expediting processes

Must be able to work independently, perform under pressure, goal and deadline driven

Good knowledge of the HSECQ systems

Computer literate including MS Office. SAP and COUPA Knowledge and experience
