Looking for a for a sales person at Wild Childs Parties: www.wildchilds.co.za to start ASAP

This is a position for a person with excellent people and admin skills with starting salary R12,000 - 15,000 for 3 months, which will then be reviewed to basic + commission.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take all calls and what's app messages and emails
• Check suppliers' availability
• Prepare quotes, upsell and encourage larger orders
• Follow up on current quotes
• Keep clients' database and contact them ahead of future birthdays
• Cross-check weekly deliveries/suppliers sheets
• Social Media posts

Overall good command of Windows is a requirement, particularly Excel (basic formulas, yet important to know), Word, Outlook. We will be moving to Sage accounting, so knowing Sage is a bonus.

It's a very busy environment suitable for a multi-tasker, who can quickly orientate themselves between queries and be on top conversations with multiple clients.
