Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Benoni. As an Assessor and Moderator for Hair Academy at DDM Consulting, your primary responsibility will be to assess and moderate the performance of students in the Hair Academy program. You will evaluate their skills, provide feedback, and ensure that they meet the required standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the instructional team to develop assessments and ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience as an Assessor and Moderator in the hair industry.
• Excellent knowledge of hairdressing techniques, trends, and products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to students
• Familiarity with assessment frameworks and industry regulations
• Valid certification or qualification in hairdressing
• must be Accredited with QCTO
