Senior DCS Service Engineer

To provide engineering support for Emerson products and services including maintenance services, diagnostics, installation and commissioning, start-up, problem resolution, and project execution.

Perform as a focal point for customer technical support including service contracts, projects, and technical solutions. Advise customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer happiness.

Responsible for coordination of Emerson personnel and service activities to ensure the delivery of the results encouraged by the customer.
