Req ID Ponte de Lima, Portugal We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our Sales Systems & Processes team in Ponte de Lima, Portugal Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables • Support external electronic customer communication in terms of customer portals & systems (portal management) • Worldwide support of internal colleagues in handling access to external customer portals/systems • Coordinate external user access management in customer systems (creating, changing, and deactivating access rights of ZF employees) • Support the initialization of new customer requirements, terms and conditions (e.g. by Customer Account teams, Legal, IT) to ensure IT-, data- & information-security and protect intellectual property • Routing of incoming relevant customer documents • Support & track document assessment process and resulting actions.
