The Role

CodingChiefs is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented leader to spearhead our first-ever B2B lead generation team.

This pioneering role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy, leading a team of 3 specialists, and driving consistent sales pipeline growth for our offices in the Netherlands, Germany and the APAC region.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a B2B lead generation and sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target markets.
• Establish and manage a clear lead qualification process.
• Oversee the implementation of lead generation campaigns across various channels (e.g., email marketing, social media, content marketing, and cold calling).
• Analyze lead generation data and identify areas for improvement.
