What is Expert PS Core Operations?

Major tasks include day-to-day handling of issues related to Cloud Computing, NFVI and EPC Networks. Collaboration with internal stakeholders (CS/IMS Core, VAS & HLR, IP Core, IN/Billing, RAN Planning & Optimization, Commercial) and external customers for issue identification and resolution. Interaction with vendor support teams for network related issues. Close coordination with EPC Planning for smooth Change Management.

The role reports directly to the Manager PS Core Planning & Operations with an extended team of 12 team members.

What does Expert PS Core Operations do?
• Plan task configuration/scripting preparation and verification.
• SOP documentation preparation with testing procedure for each type of service integration
• SLA finalization to perform each type of task/activity/plan requested by marketing and commercial teams
