We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Behavioural Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) for primary aged students (5 - 11 years old). This role is crucial in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and creating a nurturing environment where they can succeed.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment for students with behavioural challenges.
• Identify and address behavioural issues that affect students’ learning experiences and work on strategies to overcome them.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students’ reintegration into full-time education, further education, or employment.
